As we scale, we’re looking for a Director – Content & Brand Marketing to own and elevate Hevo’s storytelling across all channels. This leader will craft compelling narratives that resonate with our technical audience and establish Hevo as the trusted partner for modern data teams.

Role & Responsibilities

    • Build a content strategy to target technical personas (data engineers, analytics leaders, BI teams).
    • Create and optimize content across various channels, including website, blog articles, social media, emails, white-papers, case studies, video scripts etc., that position Hevo as a category leader.
    • Implement and monitor content performance metrics, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with Paid Marketing, SEO and Product Marketing etc. to maximize reach and impact.
    • Establish editorial standards, workflows, and measurement frameworks to track performance and ROI.
    • Own Hevo’s brand voice and narrative across all channels. Ensure consistency of tone, messaging, and visual identity across all content touchpoints.
    • Lead brand campaigns and storytelling initiatives for product launches and awareness programs.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and content marketing best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
    • Lead a team of writers, designers, and external partners to deliver impactful content.

What We’re Looking For

    • 6-10 years of proven experience leading content strategy and brand marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS, targeted towards technical audiences.
    • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills across marketing channels, with a knack for simplifying complex concepts.
    • Data-driven mindset: ability to connect brand/content programs to demand, engagement, and business outcomes.
    • Demonstrated success in scaling content programs across multiple channels with measurable impact on pipeline and brand visibility.
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
    • Experience with ABM campaigns, SEO, paid media, and integrated marketing.
    • Leadership experience building and mentoring high-performing content/brand teams.
