Why do we Exist?At Hevo, our mission is to enable every company to be data-driven. We started on this journey 4 years back and as the first step in this direction, we built our first product – “Data Pipeline” or simply “Pipeline”. Hevo Pipeline is a no-code platform that helps companies to connect all their sources of data within the company to get a unified view of their business. Your Role as Staff - UI Engineer:
- As a Senior UI Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience for Hevo's cutting-edge data integration solutions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, leveraging your expertise to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Advanced UI Development and Architecture:Lead the design and implementation of complex UI workflows, demonstrating advanced proficiency in UI architecture.Architect and develop scalable, modular UI components for seamless integration into the overall product.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize UI performance to ensure a responsive and efficient user experience.Collaborate with backend engineers to streamline data fetching and rendering processes.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with backend engineers and other stakeholders to integrate UI components seamlessly with backend systems.Collaborate on API design and data contracts to ensure efficient communication between the frontend and backend.
- UI Testing and Quality Assurance:Develop and implement comprehensive unit and e2e tests for UI components.Collaborate with Customer Experience teams to ensure high-quality, bug-free UI experiences.UI Design System Ownership:Take ownership of the UI design system, ensuring consistency and adherence to design principles.Contribute to the evolution and expansion of the design system.
- UI Framework Expertise:Demonstrate expertise in UI frameworks such as React, Vue.js or Angular.Stay abreast of the latest developments in UI frameworks and recommend improvements based on industry best practices.
What you will bring to the table:
- Technical Expertise:Strong background in UI development for enterprise products.Proficient in Figma, Adobe Suite, and other relevant design tools.
