We are in search of a dynamic team member who can synergize processes and policies in sync with the People Strategies. The individual will be responsible for overseeing and executing many People Operations within the team.

What does your role look like?

As an HR Operations individual, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our HR processes. You will have the opportunity to work closely with HR leaders and all departments at Hevo, to implement best practices and drive continuous improvement in People Operations.

Responsible for?

1. Assimilation and Experience:

- Orchestrate Onboarding Excellence to seamlessly manage the operational aspect of onboarding and people data for a positive new hire experience.
- Day-to-day partnering with HR Business Partner, Talent Acquisition, Finance/Payroll, etc. to ensure people experience is top-notch in all aspects of work-life.
- Support Facility Administration & IT Admin in providing perspective of people experience

2. Engagement and Pulse:

- Craft an engagement calendar celebrating employee milestones, fostering well-being with Employee Wellness events, building connections through Leadership meets, etc.
- Design, deploy, and monitor rewards and recognition programs to keep the talent motivated.

3. Query Navigation:

- Provide support on employee queries for a smooth problem-solving experience.
- Escalating the right problems to the right people for smooth resolution.

4. HR Data and Analytics:

- Implement changes and updates on HRMS, tools and trackers for enhanced accuracy and efficiency in HR processes.
- Monitor and ensure timely completion of employee surveys, extracting valuable insights for continuous improvement.

What do you need to already have?

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
2. 0 - 1 year of experience in core HR.
