Dazle was founded by Emmanuelle (CEO) & Theo (CTO), two entrepreneurs passionate about cybersecurity. We aim to build the future of AI-powered application security. Traditional vulnerability scanners drown engineers in false positives, we cut through the noise with context-aware exploitability analysis, helping teams focus on real threats.
As a founding engineer you will take a crucial part of building the whole product and the underlying tech, hand-in-hand with the CTO. In such an early-stage, fast-paced environment, you are expected to write code for every part of the product. Mostly focused on backend and AI-related work, you will also have the opportunity to built our awesome frontend.

🎯 Your mission
- Joining Dazle at this early stage means having a high impact on our technology and future team. You’ll work alongside the CTO to:
- Design & scale our AI-driven code analysis engine (Python/Go).
- Fine-tune ML models to reduce false positives in vulnerability detection.
- Build robust backend systems for large-scale code analysis.
- Contribute across the stack (some frontend work in React/Typescript).
- Mentor future engineers as the team grows.
🤩 Is that you?
- 2+ years in backend engineering, with Python experience (FastAPI).
- 3+ years in AI/ML engineering having deployed pipelines and/or models in production.
- Exposure to security world (SAST, DAST, reverse engineering).
- Experience with React / Typescript
- Startup-friendly: You thrive in ambiguity, move fast, and own outcomes.
- Security mindset with strong collaboration skills. You communicate effectively with anyone and are deeply motivated by Dazle's mission
