👀 About the role
As part of Hexa’s Talent team alongside with Alizée, Alix & Prescillia, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talents to support the growth and success of our startups. You will work closely with the founders of the startups we create to help them recruit their first employees (tech, business, product) and provide them with the best recruitment advice! 

💯 Responsibilities 

Hire top talents:

    • Coordinate with the founders to identify staffing needs
    • Define sourcing strategies for each position
    • Manage the recruitment process from A to Z

Project Management:

    • Document best practices and our processes to ensure the use of our standards
    • Continuous improvement of recruitment processes
    • Participate in our employer branding initiatives

Support our founders:

    • Understand the specificities of each startups to adapt hiring processes
    • Make sure our founders master our recruitment best practices

🤩 Is that you?

    • You have between 1 and 3 years' experience in recruitment, ideally technical profiles
    • You master sourcing strategies & LinkedIn Recruiter
    • You are curious about the entrepreneurial/tech startup ecosystem
    • You have excellent written and spoken skills and strong ability to convince and engage people
    • You have a growth mindset, demonstrating a proactive attitude towards continuous learning and personal improvement
    • You are a native French speaker and speak fluent in English

👋 What we offer

    • The job is based in Paris (75010) and full remote is not possible. We expect the Core Team to come to the office as often as required because it is where the energy to start new companies is built.
    • In this context, we still offer a flexible remote policy. Employees are very flexible to arrange their time (work from home vs office) according to their preferences allowing them to have a nice work life balance.
