Your Role
You will help us bring a strong Tech culture at Hexa and create exceptional companies.
To do so, you will interact with a large variety of stakeholders : Hexa's partners, Verticals' partners (eFounders, Hexa AI, Hexa Health, Hexa Scale), Business & Tech founders, Hexa's Core Team.
You will have 4 main missions :

Attract Tech Founders

    • You will collaborate with Hexa partners and Talent team to help us improve partnership process with Tech Founders;
    • Conduct thorough technical assessments to evaluate candidates, share best practices in tech recruitment.

Promote Hexa’s tech culture: become a Tech ambassador and help amplify Hexa’s Tech culture, making it the heart of our DNA.

    • Organize tech events (inspiring speakers, exciting topics) to help us attract more Tech founders;
    • Build and maintain relationships with Tech experts & communities to identify and attract top-tier talents!

Become a Tech Advisor: instill a strong tech culture for our startup projects providing guidance on technical strategy, team development, and helping founders overcome technical challenges.

    • Specify what to build (versus what to buy): help us turn our ideas into startup projects.
    • Hand down your knowledge on best tech practices,
    • Support our Partners on the ideation phase of their projects, evaluate the technical feasibility of their business ideas: determine what makes sense from a technology perspective in the short-term and longer-terms.
    • Ensure that teams are building the most efficient product in a high-quality.

Build: internal tools play a major role within Hexa. They directly help us accelerate and scale!

    • Supervise our existing internal tools, like Zenvest, our internal club deal management software;
    • Have complete ownership on the management & development of new tools.


    • Technical expertise & Leadership
    • 6 years of professional experience as a Tech Leader;
    • Significant experience in recruiting & coaching tech team(s) + in assessing candidates;
    • 100% hands-on in FullStack JS;
    • Capacity to ship code & iterate extremely quickly.

    • Entrepreneurial mindset & autonomy
    • You are familiar with early stage work environments: experience as a Tech Founder is a strong plus!
    • You know how to work in full autonomy, with no other developers: you are used to working with minimal supervision.

    • Business sense & product affinity: a complete understanding not only the technical but also the business component of our projects.

    • Technophile, agile & curious: you keep yourself updated with the very quickly evolving SaaS space (new tech, new librairies, new models).

    • Strong networking sense & organization, communication skills.
