A day in the life of a Business Unit Scrum Master:
As a Business Unit Scrum Master with Hexagon US Federal you will be the focal point for organizing and tracking all our projects within our Azure DevOps organization.
This work will help to streamline our process using our Agile / CMMI methodology and help to keep our projects on track and updated daily.

This job is for you if you:
Are highly organized and have excellent communication skills. Open and honest communication is a core part of this position and your ability to provide proper messaging about projects status with stakeholders, contributors and execution teams is core to this position. Additionally, this job is for you if you also enjoy expanding the Azure DevOps platform capabilities and implementing automated Azure Pipelines in a secure environment.

What we are expecting from you (i.e. the qualifications you must have):

    • Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of applicable experience or 5+ years of applicable experience.
    • Working knowledge with the Agile Method and/or CMMI Workflows
    • Must be able to work both independently and as part of a geographically dispersed team with little supervision and guidance.
    • Ability to make use of provided resources and seek guidance as needed.
    • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
    • A well organized, self-directed, detail and process-oriented individual.
    • Ability to work directly with customers to gather requirements and to resolve problems.
    • Ability to keep abreast of changing software technology.

Preferred Experience:

    • Experience with Azure DevOps, GitLabs or equivalent project tracking platforms
    • Experience with PowerShell / Azure CLI.
    • Working knowledge of writing code is a plus.
    • Working knowledge of Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code (IaC) is a plus
    • Experience with Agile environments is a plus. (Azure DevOps, GitLabs, Atlassian Toolset)
    • Experience with FedRAMP Authorization processes is a plus.
    • PMP, ITIL and CMMI Certifications are a plus.
$90,000 - $120,000 a year
*Please note: Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise and geographic region & may vary from the amount above. This range does not represent additional compensation benefits (such as sales commissions, short-term and long-term incentive packages, 401K match, medical, dental or vision insurance). 
Required Level of Security Clearance: - Secret (or ability to obtain)
