Rowan’s Paid Media Manager reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing our paid media campaigns across various digital platforms. The Paid Media Manager will work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.

What you'll do:

    • Develop and execute paid media strategies across platforms such as Google, Facebook, and others.
    • Manage day-to-day campaign activities including budget management, bid optimization, ad copy testing, and performance monitoring.
    • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for campaign optimization.
    • Work with the creative team to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages that resonate with our target audience.
    • Collaborate with the larger team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all paid media channels.
    • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in paid media advertising.
    • Experiment with new platforms and ad formats to expand our reach and improve campaign performance.
    • Work closely with other marketing team members to align paid media efforts with overall marketing objectives.
    • Continuously optimize campaigns to improve key performance metrics such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate (CVR), return on ad spend (ROAS), and cost per acquisition (CPA).

What you bring to the table:

    • B.A./B.S. degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
    • A minimum of 4 years' experience in a marketing leadership role, with a strong background in paid media.
    • Proven experience in paid media campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
    • In depth knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other advertising platforms.
    • Strong analytical skills and experience in utilizing data for decision-making.
    • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage external vendor relationships.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and to lead teams through transformational initiatives.
    • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for analysis and reporting
    • Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint certification a plus.

Compensation:

    • The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $85,000 -95,000.
