The Sr. Product Manager is responsible for maximizing the success of their products by analysis, planning and execution throughout the entire product lifecycle.  This includes gathering and prioritizing market/product requirements, defining the product vision and goals, and collaborating with Product Management leadership, Product Development, Sales and Marketing, and Delivery teams to deliver successful products and ensure revenue and client satisfaction goals are met. 
 
This role will focus primarily on functionality supporting our Member Management, Service Schedule, and Service Confirmation modules.

Essential Job Duties

    • Own and oversee the success of multiple components across product lines of the HHAeXchange portfolio.
    • Be self-accountable for your product domain’s effectiveness in achieving broader strategic business objectives by formulating and executing product strategies, roadmaps, and release plans.
    • Develop deep understanding of your product’s target markets, features and functionality, limitations, opportunities, buyer/user personas, competitive advantages, threats, etc.
    • Support, lead, and develop a team of Product Managers to understand market needs and optimize high quality and high value throughput of the product R&D teams.
    • Conduct regular product roadmap reviews, product demos, and product advisory workshops with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Prepare and present new product business cases to senior leadership.
    • Partner with Product Management and Technology Leadership on long-term strategic initiative planning and resource alignment.
    • Partner with Sales and Marketing in areas such as understanding evolving market needs, ensuring success of campaigns, collaborating on packaging and pricing, assisting with large/complex sales opportunities, etc.
    • Partner with Implementation teams to ensure products can be implemented and configured efficiently based on varying market/client needs and help troubleshoot any bottlenecks through product enhancements and/or improved tooling.
    • Partner with Support and Client Success teams to facilitate smooth product releases, intake and understand customer feedback, and help troubleshoot product support call drivers.

Travel Requirements

    • Travel up to 10%, including overnight travel

Required Education, Experience, Certifications and Skills

    • 5+ years of experience in Product Management preferably in the health IT vendor space with experience in both strategic and tactical capacities.
    • 3+ years of experience in home health, home care, or related industries.
    • Preferably 2 years of people leadership experience leading Product Managers.
    • Expert-level communication skills for eliciting and understanding customer needs, conveying vision, authoring complex product requirements, and delivering crisp market-facing documents and presentations.
    • Ability to develop strong working relationships and assert influence across departments to manage stakeholder expectations and drive the overall success of the product.
    • In-depth understanding of Agile Product Management and Development principles.  Classroom Agile/Scrum training or certification a plus.
    • Familiarity with SaaS business model and associated product health metrics and configuration concepts.
    • Experience in defining and/or executing on go-to-market strategies and plans.
    • Working experience with Jira, Confluence, Aha!, or similar tools.
    • Familiarity with API integration development, 3rd party support, web application framework and database concepts.
    • Ability to communicate clearly and build strong relationships with customers and internal team members.
The base salary range for this US-based, full-time, and exempt position is $130,000-$140,000, not including variable compensation. An employee’s exact starting salary will be based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, location, and the ability to exemplify the HHAeXchange core values.
