As the Sales Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for providing subject matter expertise, integrated project management, and sales support for Cleo’s enterprise solution offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Sales Enablement and Training 
    • -Work with Head of Sales and Commercial Operations lead to create, plan, organize, and deliver comprehensive sales training programs
      -Establish training metrics / assessments to measure performance and report out to sales leadership
      -Work with Commercial Operations and Client Success to train sales on use cases from existing customers implementing, adopting and using Cleo
      >What does implementation look like
      >Importance of collaborative enrollment marketing and help with identifying various channels each client has available
      >Available reporting and data analytics shared from Client Success metrics
    • Sales Decision Support 
    • -Help identify appropriate sales strategies and tactics to win new business
    • Performance Management 
    • -Design process, systems and productivity metrics to maximize sales performance
    • Annual Planning and Optimization 
    • -Partner with Head of Sales on driving the annual planning process to set annual targets and allocation of quota across teams, segments, markets, and territories  
    • Business Development 
    • -Partner with Sales Team and Business Development Team on operational and analytical requests intended to capitalize on business opportunities, and execute on strategic initiatives to drive pipeline growth
    • Solutions Consulting/Product Expertise 
    • -Provide technical expertise for Cleo’s product offerings in sales meetings
      -Conduct product demos and presentations in pre-sales meetings
      -Create and deliver presentations to clients around impact analysis, ROI, and value proposition
    • Proposal RFI/RFP 
    • -Manage RFI/RFP process and tools for Sales Team 
      -Own, aggregate and share 2nd and 3rd level sales responsesCollaborate with Commercial Operations to create repository of RFI/RFP questions and responses that are easily accessible by Account Executives for future proposals/responses
      -Write relevant sections of RFPs and RFIs specific to technical aspects of product
      -Collaborate with internal leadership and experts to ensure latest and most up to date responses for each RFI/RFP
      -Become the “go-to” for deal related questions and point person to facilitate, create and maintain database for clinical and FAQs for the Sales Team

To be successful in this role you may have:

    • 3+ years experience as a solutions consultant or similar role
    • 5+ years working in the health plan or benefits space
    • Background in and/or passion for working in health services related to women’s health, maternity, or childcare
    • Skill at partnering cross-functionally across organizations including working with product, customer success and other areas. 
    • An eagerness to work in an ever-changing, fast-paced startup environment
