Title: B2B Demand Generation Specialist
The B2B Demand Generation Specialist will be accountable for key marketing and commercial projects across collateral design, event coordination, competitive intelligence, and sales enablement. Their impact will make a noticeable difference in supporting Cleo’s marketing function and our commercial engine, helping us put our best foot forward in the market.
This role reports to the Director, Demand Generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales enablement: develop, design, and maintain commercial materials, including talking points, positioning, and custom sales collateral when needed.
- Content creation: support the creation of written assets, such as blog posts, social media posts, white papers, email copy, and other B2B content.
- Webinar and event support and execution: manage logistics and operations, design and coordinate required graphics, order swag, and manage event marketing strategy for Cleo’s webinars and events.
- Aggregator management: maintain Cleo’s presence on top aggregator sites, updating copy, images, and videos to align with product messaging.
- Content management: maintain an organized content bank and Google Slide library, ensuring B2B marketing materials are consistently updated and aligned with current information, metrics, and statistics.
- Info sharing across teams: keep commercial teams fully informed about ongoing initiatives and campaigns by managing enablement hubs and distributing regular updates.
- Competitive intelligence: support Cleo’s competitive intelligence research that helps to best position our solutions in the market.
What we're looking for:
- Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on experience in marketing, demand generation, or sales enablement roles.
- Event management: 1-2 years of experience in managing event vendors and/or event strategy.
- Content creation, design, and tool proficiency: Proficient in crafting diverse content types like presentations, case studies, and one-pagers. We have a strong preference for proficiency in Google Slides and Figma.
- Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly.
- Organizational & project management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail, adherence to deadlines, and effective communication on progress or obstacles.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Excellent collaborative skills, adept at working with cross-functional teams to achieve common objectives.
- Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced, remote, startup environment, with the agility to pivot swiftly with shifting priorities and navigate ambiguity.
- Content management & tools: Familiarity with content management and collaboration tools such as Responsive, Confluence, and Google Sites is advantageous.
- Industry knowledge: Experience working with B2B sales teams, B2B2C marketing teams, and/or within the healthcare sector is recommended and preferred, though not mandatory.

Pay Transparency: For New York and California, the base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000 annually. Outside of those states, the base salary range is $70,000 - $81,000 annually. In addition to a base salary, Cleo offers the following benefits: health insurance (medical, dental, and vision), 15 paid holidays, 5-day winter break, unlimited flexible vacation time, sick time, 16 weeks paid parental leave, 401(k) plan, disability insurance, life insurance, wellness perks, and more.
