Job Summary:
The Senior Manager, FP&A and Treasury is a trusted partner across both functional and Executive Leadership at Highland Electric Fleets. The successful candidate will have strong critical thinking and execution skills, being able to synthesize information across the business to inform near & long term forecasts.

The Senior Manager will be comfortable with ambiguity, able to execute as both individual and part of the broader Highland team. The Senior Manager will be a trusted member of the Finance team, often working directly with the CFO and Executive Leadership team to accomplish critical path tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Partner with Commercial, Operations, Legal, and Administrative functions to improve near & long term forecast accuracy
    • Engage with Project Finance and Pricing teams to improve connection & financing details in near & long term forecasting models
    • Role will be responsible for the near term forecast, and will work to improve process to increase repeatability, accuracy, connectivity to Highland systems, and communication across the company
    • Lead efforts to automate FP&A reporting
    • Work closely with Sr. Director, FP&A and CFO, to present both near & long term forecast expectations with Highland Executive team
    • Engage with external parties, including indirect suppliers, to accurately forecast Cash and P&L implications of contracts, including Insurance, Consultants, and 3rd Party Software providers
    • Engage with external banks and Treasury Management platforms for performance of administrative tasks in Sr. Director’s absence, and in increasing capacity w/ experience
    • Be a key member of the Highland team evaluating systems for cross-functional connectivity and process improvement opportunities
    • Provide additional support as needed

Qualifications:

    • Bachelors Degree (at least) in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
    • 5-10 years of in roles of increasing responsibility in an FP&A or Operational Finance capacity
    • Experience in a Project business, preferably large company ($1B+ revenue)
    • Experience with Continuous Improvement / Lean / Six Sigma
    • Experience in a Finance Leadership training program desired
    • Curious self-starter who can handle ambiguity & deliver results
$165,000 - $180,000 a year
