About the Role
We are in search of a versatile Technical Writer to join the growing Highspot team in Hyderabad, India. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to collaborate with industry leaders in sales enablement, shaping the future of Highspot's customer self-service resources and delivering world-class content to our global customer base.
As a Technical Writer, your primary responsibilities will include designing, building, and maintaining comprehensive content for Highspot customers, providing them with the necessary resources to build and optimize their Highspot solutions. Throughout this journey, you will collaborate closely with product managers, service team members, and a dynamic team of content creators to define a distinct Highspot content strategy that anticipates customer needs and fosters their success.

    • Plan, design, write, manage, and continually enhance content that guides customers through Highspot's features and functionality.
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify customer challenges and develop resources that empower them to independently address these issues.
    • Strategically map out a streamlined content strategy aimed at efficiently delivering exceptional customer learning resources.
    • Advocate for an exceptional user experience across the Highspot platform.
    • Work in a hybrid environment with three days per week in the office.
    • Collaborate closely with US based colleagues on a regular basis.

Required Qualifications

    • Must-Have Experience:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in English.
    • Seasoned tech writer with 3 - 5+ years of experience at a software company, documenting features and customer scenarios within rigorous time constraints. You excel in creating technical content that is both conversational and crystal clear. 
    • Information architect with a passion for organizing information in an easily understandable hierarchy. You possess the ability to establish intuitive connections within customer learning resources across various channels and platforms.
    • Entrepreneurial spirit, actively embracing innovation, and driven by a desire for continuous improvement. You are eager to contribute to scaling the impact of a new team throughout the company.

    • Nice-To-Have Experience:
    • Knowledge of CRM software, such as Salesforce or Dynamics. 
    • Familiarity with ZenDesk Guide or similar authoring tools. 
    • Experience with analytics tools for measuring and improving content performance. 
    • Experience with Sales, Marketing, or Enablement B2B software. 
    • Experience creating videos or other animated content.
