About the Role
We are looking for a Proposal Specialist to support our sales, solution consulting and account management teams in delivering high-quality responses to English language Information Security requests and RFPs (Requests for Proposal). The Proposal Specialist reports to the Manager, Solution Consulting Operations, and works with our solution consulting teams  to help drive new and expansion opportunities. 

Responsibilities

    • Effectively and persuasively respond to RFPs by answering product questions with clarity
    • Create customer-facing responses to InfoSec questionnaires for the Highspot Platform and related integrations with minimal review
    • Curate the library of security questions and answers in the Solution Consulting team’s library
    • Work closely with the Highspot Information Security team to ensure all relevant policy, procedure and other related security documents are organized and available to the Solution Consulting Team

Required Qualifications

    • Strong written and spoken English
    • Curiosity for and a developing knowledge of how businesses across the world operate
    • Curious about technology and security principles with the ability to learn quickly
    • Aptitude and enthusiasm for explaining how sales tech solutions work
    • Knowledge of technology in the sales tech, CRM or martech space
    • Knowledge of data security risks and solutions
    • Experience of quickly and effectively answering a wide range of information security and/or product questions
