About the Role
The Revenue Operations team at Highspot is at the intersection of Marketing, Account Development, Sales, Services, Finance, and Accounting. Revenue Operations encompasses Platforms, Analytics, and Execution. The Revenue Operations - Platforms team manages the project prioritization and framing, evaluation, implementation, administration, infrastructure, security, and optimization of all go-to-market tools and technology. 

We are growing fast and are looking to add to the team a Revenue Operations Manager who will partner with our Services team to build a world-class experience for Highspot’s Services Managers. The Services team works with customers to define and deliver solutions using Highspot. They play a key role in building and sustaining customer and partner relationships while driving the adoption of Highspot within the customer’s organization and ensuring that customers get the full benefits of using our platform. This role will work closely with our G&A and Account Management Business Partners, Salesforce Administrators, and other key stakeholders to help improve the operational workflows and processes that support our new business and expansion Services processes.

What You'll Do

    • As the Revenue Operations Manager for Services at Highspot, you will help manage all Services technology, tool evaluations, and implementations. Further, you’ll configure and maintain system interconnectivity and collaborate with Go To Market (GTM) Leadership and stakeholders to optimize system processes related to Highspot’s services motions, customer engagement & adoption, and other related reporting.
    • Serve as the relationship owner between Services and Revenue Operations to provide domain expertise to support the team’s operational needs and deeply understand workflow, goals, needs, etc. of the team 
    • Be a liaison for Services and Revenue Operations when working cross functionally with other partner teams including Account Management, Customer Marketing, Enablement, Analytics, and Legal

    • Become an expert in:
    • CRM and related go-to-market tools within 30 days through training, self-study, and shadowing our customer teams
    • Highspot’s Services processes and reporting, including supporting the execution of customer initiatives, implementing and managing critical projects, and identifying the downstream implications of changes to GTM processes on reporting and processes across multiple departments. 
    • Primary owner of all Revenue Operations owned Services tools including configuration and maintenance of system interconnectivity and collaborate with GTM Leadership and stakeholders to optimize system processes, including:
    • Evaluating and selecting new systems
    • Performing regular system audits
    • Managing intake process & request queues
    • Supporting ad-hoc Revenue Operations projects
    • Monitor & drive adoption of GTM tool and processes
    • Identifying ways to increase efficiencies and streamline processes
    • Create Salesforce reports to support fast-changing initiatives
    • Manage and troubleshoot tools used by internal teams
    • Proactively identify and implement operational improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business requirements
    • Deeply understand data and analytics to: 
    • Manage customer data using various data sources & reporting in both Salesforce and Tableau
    • Develop and implement strategic plans based on data informed decisions
    • Seek out ways to leverage Services platforms to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support the rapid scaling of our high-growth organization
    • Build a process for developing and executing testing, training, and documentation for our Services platforms
    • Execute on operationalizing new growth organization at Highspot on the Services team
    • Gather business requirements from a diverse number of users across GTM teams and translate requirements into scalable and cohesive solutions; enhancements, bugs, new processes, requests, etc.

Your Background

    • 3+ years of experience in operations, analytics, strategy within a SaaS company. 
    • Experience partnering with different go-to-market teams, ideally, post-sales.
    • Ability to cover a range of activities; from C-level presentations to hands-on, process improvement with Revenue Operations team members.
    • Ability to create a performance- and metrics-focused culture.
    • A very thorough understanding of traditional B2B services, implementation, customer health & metrics, professional services 
    • Strong communication skills, including the ability to summarize and visualize complex data that tell a compelling story.
    • Experience scaling Services/Customer Success tools for optimized customer engagement and management, CRM processes, and business intelligence
