About the Role
The most successful candidate for this role will be an effective communicator, both verbally and with written correspondence, possess the ability to complete complex tasks quickly with minimal guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the total picture. He/she will proactively anticipate needs, clear obstacles, and seeks opportunities to take ownership of tasks and projects.
What You'll Do
- Provide broad administrative support to VPs in the business
- Keep the team running smoothly - be the eyes and ears of the Leadership Team to keep them abreast of trends with employees
- Be a key driver in creating and maintaining the team culture within the team and ensuring this connects to the broader Highspot culture
- Identify any process issues or bottlenecks in the team and work with leadership on possible solutions
- Compile and track team goals and operational metrics, gather appropriate input from stakeholders
- Manage complex calendar and scheduling requirements for supported VPs by proactively seeking out and triaging scheduling conflicts and staying ahead of opportunities to recommend meeting alternatives
- Work effectively under pressure within short time constraints prioritizing tasks and taking appropriate action
- Continually seek out and identify opportunities to improve the process and create efficiencies
- Manage core administrative responsibilities including but not limited to space planning, scheduling new hire onboarding, organizational charts, supply ordering
- Navigate ambiguity well and function without significant oversight or instruction to achieve results with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Track and help drive the completion of key deliverables following up on outstanding items
- Collaborate across boundaries with HR & Facilities Teams to ensure an amazing onboarding experience for all new hires; work with leadership to define and innovate this experience as required
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with other EAs across the company
- Plan and organize morale events inclusive of events celebrating releases and important company milestones
- Answer questions and provide support for all team members

Base salary range: $78,000 - $118,000 annually. Employees are eligible to receive stock options and may also receive other forms of compensation.
The above represents total expected compensation for this role. Actual compensation will depend on various job-related factors, including, but not limited to, location, experience, and job qualifications.
