Hinge Health Hybrid Model:
We believe that remote work and in-person work have their own advantages and disadvantages, and we want to be able to leverage the best of both worlds. Employees in hybrid roles are required to be in the office 3 days/week.

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Principal Product Manager to lead our cross-functional growth team, helping us create and optimize channels for bringing new users into the Hinge Health program. This team is primarily focused on acquiring new users but can expand over time to other areas of the user journey. 

This PPM will help us test hypotheses quickly when venturing into new opportunity areas and use experimentation to improve existing channels and conversion rates. Additionally, this PPM will identify and develop new channels for driving revenue growth at Hinge Health. 

WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH

    • Increase our user enrollment rates YoY, reaching an increasing percentage of our addressable populations 
    • Ship world-class product, working cross-functionally to deliver on company goals, running well-defined sprints and maintaining clear roadmaps 
    • Run experiments and A/B tests that not only get results but help us learn more about what does and doesn’t work in reaching specific demographics 
    • Scale entirely new channels that generate user sign-ups, particularly in our hardest-to-reach demographics

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    • 8+ years of product management experience 
    • 4+ years of experience as a growth product manager
    • Experience working in high-performing product teams, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration, early & rapid testing, and outcomes over output
    • Strong problem solving skills with the ability to abstract and identify patterns from complex use cases
    • Effective decision making skills driven and informed by data
    • Excellent communication skills, with emphasis on the written narrative 
    • Experience with SEO and paid acquisition 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • BS or MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Business, Applied Mathematics or Statistics, or relevant field 
    • Experience in health education, digital therapeutics, or patient engagement platforms.

$216,000 - $324,000 a year
Consider the range above plus equity, and benefits.  Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
