    • Develop GTM strategies in partnership with the sales team to accelerate and close opportunities across employer, health plan, and public sector segments to achieve business goals.  
    • Deliver high-touch, integrated marketing campaigns and world-class enablement tools and materials to support our scaling team.
    • Craft unique and persuasive messaging tailored to engage each market segment and outshine the competition. 
    • Develop and validate account, marketing, and enablement strategies to open up new markets.
    • Lead and coach a high-performing team of enterprise marketers to become the MVPs of the sales organization. 


    • At least 7+ years in B2B marketing and 3+ years successfully managing a team. 
    • Experience in the healthcare industry, which can include working with employer benefits/HR, healthplans, consultants, or providers. 
    • Sales partnership and results: proven success partnering with sales teams to close top accounts through effective pipeline strategies, enablement tools and content. 
    • Messaging and creativity: examples of tailored positioning and messaging coupled with  creative, integrated campaigns to move opportunities through the funnel. 
    • Scaled and data-driven operations: the ability to identify and implement process improvements and repeatable playbooks that leverage data wherever possible.
    • New market exploration: experience investigating, evaluating, and building new market opportunities.
    • Leadership and management: experience developing and leading high-performing teams of junior and senior marketers.
    • Influential: effectively rallies cross-functional teams and influences executive leadership, demonstrating their team’s value and impact.
    • Startup DNA: bias for action, happy to roll up their sleeves and comfortable with the ambiguity and pace of a high-growth company.

Pursuant to State Fair Pay Act, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based in the following locations:

NYC: $196,000 - $294,000

NY/CO: $166,600 - $249,900
