About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic financial systems leader to drive our NetSuite roadmap and execution as well as oversee the portfolio of financial systems managed by our Finance function.This role is critical to empower the business with a single source of truth, actionable operational and financial insights, as well as scalable, efficient and compliant processes. Your expertise in NetSuite and other applicable accounting/finance software will help scale our business for success for the long-term.

The ideal candidate will be someone who has successfully managed a Finance functions accounting/finance technology infrastructure, primarily as a NetSuite Admin expert. This person can collaborate closely with different functional areas across the organization, understanding their business needs, and designing and implementing solutions to meet those needs. This candidate will be a key resource for the architecture, implementation, enhancement, training, support, documentation, and for providing technical and functional assistance with NetSuite and related solutions. This person has the enthusiasm and passion to navigate a fast growing company in a rapidly evolving environment and can also bring an understanding of best practices and is capable of incorporating these solutions to build out first class processes.

WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH

    • Perform as a subject matter and solution expert for NetSuite.
    • Coordinate the integration of NetSuite with other business systems and applications, such as Salesforce, e-commerce platforms, and third-party software, ensuring seamless data flow and consistency across various platforms.
    • Develop and generate financial reports, dashboards, and custom analytics within NetSuite, leveraging SuiteAnalytics and other reporting tools, to support decision-making processes and provide insights to stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, and other stakeholders, to identify system improvement opportunities, lead system upgrades, and implement new features and functionalities.
    • Create and maintain documentation of the system and business processes and train end users as needed.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    • 9+ years of NetSuite and accounting systems experience, including implementations, business operations, systems development, and hands-on configuration within a fast growing environment preferred.
    • Strong experience with configuration and customization of components with various complexity within the NetSuite environment
    • Relevant experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying secure, scalable, reliable performance solutions to customize, extend, and/or interact with NetSuite
    • Meticulously organized and detail-oriented individual who has the ability to multitask; an independent and flexible problem solver who can cope positively with ambiguity while maintaining strong attention to detail and speed
    • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Experience with Adaptive Insights, Workday, Salesforce  and other financial systems
    • Experience with pre IPO companies
    • Experience with SOX and year 1 controls implementation
    • Extensive knowledge of G-Suite

$164,000 - $246,000 a year
Consider the range above plus equity, and benefits.  Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
