The Marketing team identifies and engages companies and job-seekers to join Hired, driving revenue to sustain our vision of a more transparent and rewarding hiring process. As the Growth Marketing & Operations Lead at Hired, you will be responsible for the strategy and execution of our B2B advertising, marketing operations, analytics, and more. Reporting to the Director of Acquisition Marketing, you will also work closely with the Demand Gen Marketing Manager, Product/Content Marketing pods, and RevOps team.

What we need your help with:
Paid Advertising & Sponsorships: Lead strategy and execution of all B2B paid advertising and sponsorships, including but not limited to media budget planning and forecasting, campaign execution across ad platforms (LinkedIn, Google, etc), sponsorship research and booking, A/B testing (ad creative, content, landing pages, etc), and reporting and measurement
Website Optimization: Conduct on-site and landing page testing to improve website conversion rates (we currently use Google Optimize and Unbounce)
Reporting & Analytics: Develop reporting dashboards to measure success across marketing initiatives, conduct analysis, and make optimizations accordingly
Marketing Operations: Manage our marketing operations and tech stack, optimizing processes, troubleshooting, and bringing in new tools as needed; work with RevOps team and 3rd party vendors/tools to pull target account lists, calibrate lead scoring, etc.
Sales & Revenue Partnership: Work closely with the revenue team to drive qualified leads through the sales funnel, providing support and feedback as needed to ensure rules of engagement are met
Content Development & Distribution: Work collaboratively with Product Marketing and Content Marketing pods to develop content for various customer personas, ensuring each piece of content is delivered to the right audience in meaningful and measurable ways

What we’re looking for:
3+ years of experience in a growth marketing, demand gen, and/or marketing operations role, ideally at a B2B/SaaS company
Hands-on experience directly managing ads in-platform (LinkedIn, Google, etc)
Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets, comfortable working with large data sets
Experience with a variety of marketing/SaaS tools including Salesforce and Marketo (or other email automation software)
Experience partnering with a Revenue Operations or similar team to ensure marketing leads are seamlessly brought through the sales funnel
Experience working cross-functionally with creative, content, product, and sales teams
Creative thinker, comfortable coming up with ad concepts, writing ad copy, and participating in general creative brainstorms with the team
