The Revenue organization comprises our global client Sales, Sales Development, and Customer Success functions connecting employers to jobseekers on the Hired marketplace. The Revenue Operations and Enablement team is seeking a Marketing Operations Lead to drive the execution and success of B2B marketing and sales campaigns through process improvement, service delivery, and technology and systems development.

What we need your help with:

    • As a Marketing Operations Lead, you will partner with Marketing and Revenue to help implement solutions that unblock roadblocks in the pipeline. 
    • Manage, troubleshoot, and implement key marketing tools including Marketo, lead routing, account and lead scoring, and attribution tools.
    • Own account scoring, lead scoring, and help define and build attribution models.
    • Define the marketing operations technology roadmap and develop business requirements to further utilize and drive business results with our martech stack.Track conversion at each stage in the buying cycle across various channels and touchpoints.
    • Optimize demand funnel in partnership with demand generation, lifecycle marketing, and sales teams to help achieve higher marketing qualified leads. 
    • Identify and articulate marketing performance and partner with channel owners to identify measures to drive future success.
    • Provide visibility into marketing campaign results and share insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
    • Experience deploying and integrating third party platforms such as Google Ads, Marketo, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Unbounce, and Splash with SFDC.

Skills Required:

    • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience either in marketing operations or demand generation within a corporate marketing or revenue operations team.
    • Strong experience with Marketing Automation Platforms and CRM, specifically Marketo and Salesforce.
    • Experience with Full Circle, Lean Data and Datafox is a plus.
    • Expert at troubleshooting technical and operational issues 
    • Experience, passion and curiosity for the latest marketing tech stack, including direct experience in technology evaluation, implementation, process design and roll-out.
    • Passion for ROI, connecting data across multiple systems to tell the full story of marketing results.
