Badoo is looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our Community Operations team. The English Community Operations Manager will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, analysing customer behaviour and communicating feedback to other teams. MagicLab offers an exciting working environment in our London office and the chance to be part of a vibrant and dynamic team.

RESPONSIBILITIES/JOB ROLE

    • Provide friendly and efficient customer support in English
    • Investigate reported abuse and take appropriate action
    • Manage the external team of moderators and hire new ones when needed
    • Manage one in-house Associate
    • Analyse customer interaction with the product and communicate feedback to the relevant team
    • Troubleshoot user issues and escalate them to developers appropriately
    • Advocate for the user base you support and provide a user voice to the wider company
    • Strive for workflow efficiencies to improve issue handling in the moderation queues
    • Manage and assist with ad-hoc projects

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
    • Customer service experience
    • Strong writing skills in English. Other languages a real plus
    • A strong understanding of UK culture
    • Team management experience
    • Good knowledge of, and passion for, the online industry
