With strong traction in France since launch, we’re now looking to grow our French team - based in Paris. From arts to music, from fashion to food - we’re looking for a creative and strategic marketer that can develop partnerships, campaigns, activations and experiences that play into our brand values and connect with our consumers.

Known for our fast pace, integrated and outside-the-box marketing and ambitious creative projects, we are looking for a dynamic self-starter to further fuel our growth in France. This individual will have extensive knowledge of the French cultural landscape (e.g., emerging trends, brands and individuals to watch).
This individual will join a growing cross-functional team in France and leverage the vast resources of our global network, across varying marketing disciplines to set Bumble up for long-term success in France.
Creating and executing on a 360-degree approach to marketing to drive growth and ensure aspirational brand positioning
--> Lead execution of go-to market strategy developed jointly with HQ to support Bumble’s growth in France - including content strategy and distribution matrix development for existing & untapped markets (e.g., LGBTQI, startup, etc communities)
--> Work with team on the ground to:
○ Manage and allocate budget
○ Develop strong press relationships
○ Plan & execute on events & other experiential activations across top metros
○ Oversee content development across owned channels, including social media, as well as content required to support paid channels
○ Integrate guerrilla, and field marketing strategies into brand marketing campaigns and serve as a support resource for expanding the field marketing team
○ Serve as a support resource for expanding the field marketing team
○ Identify & execute on brand partnerships to build brand ethos
--> Ensure aspirational brand positioning by engaging with relevant international, national and regional ambassadors & influencers to shape the market’s perception of Bumble
--> Leverage past brand experiences (ideally having launched, localized or revitalized a brand with a significant increase in consumer awareness)
--> Develop an excellent understanding of our existing and target users; craft and maintain marketing user personas
Leveraging data & analytics in strategic decisions
--> Facilitate community research informing what users love/don’t love
--> Monitor key KPIs and work with Austin HQ to deliver against goal(s)
--> Be analytical & data-driven in all decision making
Working with the team on the ground and supporting in-market talent growth
--> Set objectives/goals for local team members and agencies
--> Support team in developing necessary skills to grow the business
--> Problem solve and strategize with local team members and agencies to deliver against goals/ key KPIs
Identify and secure strategic partnerships
--> Manage strategy, implementation, and optimization of initial wave of on-brand strategic partnerships
--> Proactively identify & recruit on-brand partners to drive aspirational brand awareness as well as new user acquisition
--> Evaluate inbound partnership opportunities
--> Maintain strong direct relationships with Bumble’s global key partners (where relevant)
--> Draft agreements and liaise with international teams to define commercial and contractual information for partnerships & events

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE / ATTRIBUTES
--> Background in integrated marketing, public relations/communications, strategic partnerships or related fields with deep expertise around the French market
--> French media expertise and press contacts – local, regional, national
--> Ability to market the brand effectively in both English and French
--> Passion for the Bumble brand vision and values
--> Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with other Bumble markets
--> Proactive approach and ability to take initiative, leveraging and learning from successes and challenges of other emerging Bumble markets
--> Strong communicator and relationship builder, with existing deep rolodex of valuable in-market contacts
