About the Opportunity

We are hiring our first Marketing Operations Manager to help us manage our incredible growth by creating scalable processes across the marketing tech stack including email, CRM, and analytics. This person will have the opportunity to own the planning and implementation of new tech and best practices. We’re looking to work with an analytical builder/tinkerer who gets excited about the development and care of systems and high quality data.

What You'll Do

    • Own the marketing technology stack and roadmap to ensure best practices through our growth and lifecycle marketing campaigns
    • Scope new marketing technology needs and implement new systems
    • Produce dashboards and reports on marketing’s impact, including making recommendations on areas for optimization and alignment
    • Work with the Product Team to analyze product usage in order to inform better decisions across the teams
    • Simplify systems and processes to avoid customization bloat
    • Ensure marketing database hygiene
    • Support optimization of the user journey across our sites and campaigns

What We're Looking For

    • 3+ years of experience in marketing operations
    • Deep understanding of marketing funnels and how to visualize and articulate their processes
    • Systems thinker who loves to build and tinker
    • Analytical and able to build analysis into reports and dashboards
    • Experience building out and/or caring for email, CRM, and analytics systems
