Your role

    • Strategy: Design and execute our HR strategy with focus on Recruiting
    • Team: Build, develop and lead our HR team, focusing on recruiting world-class talents for Heartbeat Labs
    • Processes: Lead all relevant HR processes (recruiting, onboarding, people development, training, administration, etc.)
    • Reporting: Define and implement recruiting reports/dashboards to track and communicate progress
    • Frameworks: Define standardized recruiting, feedback and target setting frameworks for our entire organization
    • Innovation: Discover and establish new non-traditional recruiting channels
    • Portfolio: Proactively support and advise our portfolio companies on their recruiting processes
    • Leadership: Be a role model for your team and Heartbeat Labs and HitFox in total 

Your profile

    • Graduate degree in HR management, business administration, psychology, law or other relevant university studies
    • Experience and profound understanding of core HR processes (e.g., recruiting, performance management, personnel development, change management)
    • Work experience within the healthcare industry would be an advantage
    • Proven leadership ability and experience in leading an HR team
