Sure, we want to work with talented people. That’s a given. But that’s not all. We also want to work with talented trainees who are driven. Those who know that “good enough” is never good enough. Those who don’t just say that something won’t work, but bring a solution, too. We want trainees that really want to understand and get experience in the advertising business. Trust me, you won't be sitting around looking at Facebook all day, emptying the dishwasher or grabbing lattes for people—you're going to be doing some real work and gaining some real experience! We will hire the for the following positions to make up our Launchpad team:
Account Manager
Art Director
Brand Planner
Content/Social Media Manager
Media Planner/Buyer

Our 6-week internship program in our St. Louis office will offer a challenging and rewarding real-life work environment within an innovative and dynamic advertising agency. If you aspire to “get your feet wet” in the advertising industry, this is the opportunity for you!

Ideal candidates will have/be:
Current junior/senior or recent college graduate
Strong analytical skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay busy even during times ofambiguity
Social media savvy
Confident and assertive, with excitement and passion for the job
Professional and able to work in a team/collaborative atmosphere
Make effective decisions under pressure
Majoring in marketing, journalism, communications, PR, advertising, design or other related discipline

Dates for internship/submissions:
Submissions due March 15, 2019
Interviews begin March 25th, 2019
Applicant notification by late April
First 6-week mission: May 20th - June 28th
Second 6-week mission: July 8th - August 16th

Submission requirements:
Please include anything you feel is relevant to ensure you become a part of the Launchpad program, including education and experience. In your cover letter, please include which position you are interested in and why. For those applying for the Art Director, Copywriter and Content Manager positions, please include a link to your online portfolio. For all other applicants, please submit a writing sample, 2-5 pages in length that demonstrates your intelligence, personality and analytical skills.
