Emi, our main product, is an A.I. recruitment assistant that enables companies to engage in a conversation with each applicant to detect interested and qualified individuals.

We save recruitment team’s time by automating steps such as sourcing, screening and scheduling. This enables recruiters to reach hiring targets by focusing on qualified candidates and giving them a tailored experience. On the other hand, all candidates are taken into account for the job and are given an equal opportunity by being assessed on their actual fit for the job.

What you'll be doing
Develop sales opportunities and maintain customer relationships in the designated vertical industry.
Define and develop the tools and processes for tracking leads and active accounts.
Develop a high-performance sales culture.
Collaborate with the regional and local marketing teams.
Collaborate closely with sales operations to analyze results, identify opportunities to improve strategies, processes, and programs. 
Develop appropriate sales programs and solutions; maintain up-to-date competitive information and compile regional success stories.
Meet with senior customer contacts to build credibility and develop lasting relationships.
Contribute individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others.
Identifying potential clients and channel partners and negotiate and nurture those relationships.
Own the sales process and deliver results.

Requirements
Significant experience working with enterprise accounts, ideally in selling technology, apps, retails or SAAS.
Experience in making Cold Calls.
Entrepreneurial drive and the ability to achieve goals in a fast-paced environment with limited resources.
Ability to understand customer needs and meet that need with a successful product sale.
Taking on whatever work is needed to accomplish your goal.
Bias toward action.
Great people skills.
Proven track record of professional achievements.
SaaS and Enterprise sales know-how is a plus.
Being an ex-entrepreneur is a plus.
