We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Associate to support HomeLister’s efforts in the day to day planning and execution of our digital marketing campaigns. This role will contribute to
various digital marketing mediums, focusing on paid search, social media, display advertising, and remarketing, and provide ongoing efforts to aid in the success of these marketing campaigns.
 
What You Will Do:
·      Create, manage, and optimize our SEM / paid search campaigns on Microsoft Advertising and Google Ads platforms
·      Writing copy for ads and developing new ad creative
·      Optimization of bid strategies using smart bidding to maximize ROI
·      Day to day management of a complex negative keyword matching strategy
·      Analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly
·      Monitor Google Analytics, campaign vendor tools, and interior tools, report on key metrics, actionable insights and recommendations weekly
·      Always Be Testing - Continuous A/B testing of headlines, ad copy, extensions, placements, and landing pages to maximize conversion rates on signups and orders
·      Research competitors and stay up to date on industry advertising trends and updates
·      Collaborate with our marketing, design, product and development teams on creative and tools to improve attribution
·      Other duties as assigned 
 
Requirements - Must Have:
·      2 years of SEM / paid search marketing experience
·      Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business, or equivalent industry experience
·      Understanding of web, e-commerce, SaaS, and user best practices
·      Proficiency in Microsoft Advertising and Google Ads platforms
·      Proficiency in MS Office and Google Docs office suite
·      Experience with Google Analytics
·      Ability to thrive in a fast paced, entrepreneurial, high-energy environment that requires the ability to multi-task and implement high priority initiatives
·      100% remote and must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
 
Requirements - Nice to Have: 
Experience/knowledge in real estate

Salary Range $60-$70,000 DOE
