Honeybee Robotics is looking for an IFS ERP System Architect focusing on Honeybee Robotics ERP, IFS. In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, analyze existing processes, and identify opportunities for improvement. You will actively participate in project planning, implementation, and support activities related to ERP. 

Responsibilities:

    • Define, implement, and customize application system configurations, procedures, and necessary documentation ensuring alignment with business needs and industry best practices. 
    • Serve as the primary point of contact with IFS technical support, ensuring seamless system functionality.
    • Lead continual improvements, updates, and upgrades within the IFS environment to enhance operational efficiency.
    • Conduct system testing, validation, and user acceptance testing, creating test cases and ensuring the successful deployment of IFS ERP solutions.

    • Business Requirements Analysis and Collaboration 
    • Collaborate across teams to comprehend business processes, challenges, and requirements within the IFS ERP framework.
    • Perform in-depth analysis of business needs, translating them into functional requirements, process flows, and user stories.

    • Project Management and Coordination 
    • Engage in project planning, resource allocation, and risk assessment, coordinating with project managers, developers, and stakeholders.
    • Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring on-time delivery, providing regular status updates to stakeholders and management, and proposing mitigation strategies for potential risks.

    • User Training and Support 
    • Develop comprehensive training materials for end-users, facilitating effective utilization of the IFS ERP system capabilities.
    • Offer post-implementation support, promptly addressing system-related queries and issues.

Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
    • 5+ years of demonstrated experience leading complex software implementation projects within IFS and IFS Cloud.
    • Proficiency in IFS ERP modules (finance, supply chain, manufacturing, human resources).
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
    • Experience in system testing, user acceptance testing, and end-user training.
    • Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
    • Experience with reviewing and writing SQL statements.
    • Previous experience with Crystal Reports and Oracle back-end databases.

Compensation and Benefits:

$120,000 - $140,000 a year
Salary is determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
