Head of Customer Success

At Honeypot, our mission is to get every developer a great job. We are Europe’s largest developer job platform and have grown rapidly since foundation in Berlin two years ago. We are looking for an exceptional Head of Customer Success to lead a growing team and to direct onboarding, customer happiness, upselling, NPS, and retention. Reporting directly to the founders, both successful serial entrepreneurs having previously built 200 people organizations and raised over €15Mio VC funding, this is a role for someone with drive and passion, who is ready for an entrepreneurial challenge.

Your Responsibilities

    • Manage, guide and mentor a large and growing team of Customer Success Managers
    • Identify common customer challenges and proactively find ways to improve our product and processes
    • Manage Key Accounts and foster superb relationships with our loyal customers
    • Own metrics for Customer Success, including NPS, retention, activity, etc.
    • Think strategically to identify right metrics, tools and processes that help the company scale
    • Promote new initiatives, test ideas and drive new processes to improve the overall customer experience
    • Partner with Marketing and Product to translate customer feedback into actionable insight
    • Be a Honeypot evangelist at events across Europe

Your Profile

    • 5+ years in Talent Acquisition or Customer Success
    • 2+ years managing high-performing teams
    • Ambitious and hardworking  high achiever who genuinely loves helping people and solving problems
    • Experience working at a fast-paced technology company
    • High emotional intelligence and a genuine joy in managing and growing people
    • Very strong relationship building skills and stellar dealmaking capabilities
    • Very strong project management abilities
    • A love for testing and crunching numbers
    • Relentless attitude towards execution and improvement and comfortable with a fluid and flexible environment of a growing startup
