Kaya previously co-founded mobile app marketing platform AppLift, a profitable organisation with 250+ employees today and raised USD 20 Mio+ Venture funding from Dutch Prime Ventures. Emma previously co-founded Lifa Communications, based in South Africa. Honeypot is now looking for a highly-driven, intelligent Head of BizDev ready for a true entrepreneurial challenge.

Your Responsibilities:

    • You lead our global b2b efforts, negotiate and close deals with top technology companies
    • You plan and set structured targets and develop the company's revenues
    • You build, mentor and manage a top-notch b2b team
    • You take he the whole b2b side of the business towards excellence
    • You co-plan and incubate the rollout into international markets
    • You plan strategically (inbound and outbound) lead generation with the growth team and execute hands-on
    • You attend industry fairs and are the face-to-the-customer
    • You organise educational workshops and become a Honeypot Evangelist
    • You work independently and manage your own work
    • You bring in new ideas and strive for constant improvement
    • You work closely with the company's product and growth teams to improve our products and services according to client needs
    • You recruit further top talents into the company
    • You contribute to the overall success of the company

Our Requirements:

    • Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Business Administration or any other related field (applicants are usually in the top 20% of their academic or professional peer group)
    • Fluency in German (and English) is a MUST
    • Minimum 3 years (ideally more) of professional experience in customer facing roles (e.g. Business Development, Account Management, Customer Success)
    • Experience in building, mentoring and managing teams
    • Previous experience in startups and/or selling technology-based products strong plus
    • Very strong motivation to make a successful career within start-ups
    • Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
    • True love for building lasting (client-)relationships and stellar dealmaking abilities
    • Very strong analytical and critical thinking skills
    • Ability to take ownership and drive both operational tasks as well as strategic decisions
    • Mindset and ability to work/communicate in a fast-paced environment
    • Hunger for achievement
    • Belief that awesome things are MADE to happen :-)
