Today, we are looking for an Account Executive with ambition and drive to join our German team! Build your skills as an entrepreneur. Be challenged to improve every day. 

As an Account Executive you will be responsible for the following tasks:

    • Build a sales pipeline to ensure a constant stream of sales through identifying, prioritizing, prospecting, and securing new business opportunities
    • Engage prospects, understand their hiring challenges to identify the best fitting solution and convince them of our solution, or openly tell them that our product is not the right one for them, if that is the case
    • Create persuasive sales presentations, demonstrating strong knowledge of our product, the market, technology and talent acquisition - you will be thoroughly trained in these areas
    • Partner with other cross-functional teams (Marketing, Client Success Management, Product) on structuring and executing strategic initiatives

What are we looking for:

    • Full working fluency (C1-C2) in German and English is a MUST
    • 1-2+ years of experience in new business sales, preferably in the digital or SaaS area
    • Strong communicator: naturally outgoing and derive energy from talking to clients and discovering their needs
    • Self-starting: you can take an initial thought/ goal and set up plans by yourself with quick iteration cycles
    • A team player and collaborator
