HopHR is currently seeking a dynamic, full-time Engineering Manager to lead our team of software engineers. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of management experience and a deep understanding of software engineering. The Engineering Manager will oversee the planning and execution of projects, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery.
Responsibilities
- Guide team development efforts toward successful project delivery
- Provide technical leadership to teammates
- Maintain high standards of software quality by establishing good practices and habits
- Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team
- Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts, and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain business applications
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Engineering Manager
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion
- Deep understanding of software development life cycle models
- Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills
- Understanding of advanced coding techniques and tools
