The Job:
As a member of the Internal Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the needs of Horangi’s diverse business teams. Reporting directly to our Director of Operations, your responsibilities will be diverse; requiring you liaise directly with various team leads and external parties to ensure cross-functional business objectives are met.

Responsibilities
● Supporting the review and streamlining of processes for efficient and effective running of Horangi’s offices in Singapore and abroad

Assisting in coordinating personnel matters and managing personnel administration for Horangi’s Singapore employees and contractors

Liaise with various teams and team leads to obtain and fulfil logistics requirements

Perform front office duties, such as receiving deliveries and mail, with minimal supervision

Assist the Internal Operations team with various research tasks and contract administration

Prepare various corporate documents for both internal and external parties
Assist in event planning and implementation from time to time

Requirements
Enthusiastic about technology and cybersecurity

Detail-oriented

Team player with good interpersonal, organisation and communication skills

Able to respond quickly and effectively, while thriving in a dynamic work environment

Qualifications
Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident

At least 1 year of experience in a related administrative role

Higher Nitec in any discipline and higher educational qualifications preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and willing to pick up new software skills
