We are looking for a focused Partnership Associate to play a pivotal role in building Horangi’s brand and evangelising its solutions within strategic partners.
The Partnership Associate is a performance-driven role reporting into the Revenue Team. This role exists to identify and qualify sales opportunities within Horangi’s strategic partners. The role is expected to deliver Horangi’s differentiated message to key partners, demonstrating how Horangi develops business-focused cyber security services and software solutions to help our customers navigate digital transformation and digital growth safely and without fear.
What you’ll be doing:
Identify and develop key account alliances and relationship programs designed to produce sales opportunities from strategic partners.
Recruit, develop and manage strategic partner alliances and opportunity pipelines to ensures the retention, growth and customer satisfaction of accounts.
Evangelise company products and services with strategic partners
Analyse program trends and provide recommendations to management for improvement.
Provide strategic partnership forecasts on a monthly and quarterly basis
Monitor programs to assess the sales impact of Horangi’s solution(s) in the marketplace and the overall success of Horangi’s partnership programs.
Monitor competitor activity within our strategic partnerships and in the wider category.
What we’re looking for:
BA/BS or equivalent. Business specialization preferred.
3+ years in technology sales.
A clear understanding of partnership development and management.
Proven ability to navigate sales opportunities through a sales process to a successful conclusion.
A team player, a winner.
Proficient time management and prioritization skills; proven abilities in a customer-oriented, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Detail-oriented with strong attention to tactical execution and follow-through.
Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative and drive.
Excellent problem-solving skills and critical-thinking abilities.
