The Job

Sales Operations help Horangi by effectively gathering data and managing Horangi’s CRM and making sure our sales team is the most effective. The objective is to achieve the goals or target set before the start of the season. Sales and support teams collaborate with the team to yield something productive which, at the end of the day sells the product and services of the organization and leaves the clients satisfied.


Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas
Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships
Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
Quality control of all work that is submitted to clients
Present products to prospective clients
Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the clients’ dedication
Remain in frequent contact with the sales team and our leadership
Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to client contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation
Arrange meetings and liaise with clients to understand their requirements
Disclose project/campaign details to the client and all team members
Monitor all stages of projects or campaigns to guarantee that they run smoothly
Write status reports throughout the duration of the project/campaign to keep clients and peers updated
Increase sales effectiveness
Sales strategy and performance management


Proven experience managing CRM, or in other sales/customer service role
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software IE. Hubspot and Salesforce
Excellent communication, presentation skills, written skills and ability to build relationships
Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
Organizational and time-management skills
A business acumen
A keen eye for detail and an understanding of budget restraints
Experience of working as part of a team
Experience in using Hubspot and or Salesforce, Sales and Marketing
Understanding of basic contracting processes
Commission calculations experience
