You have an eye for detail, you know how to conceptualize and you can work with a team to support and direct a user-centered design process towards innovative solutions to real problems. You also know how it feels to fall in love with problems, rather than any particular solution, so you are able to pivot your focus and priorities without losing stride. You’re passionate about designing a better work experience so you take on diverse internal communication projects. You find yourself taking the lead on a strategic new initiative, such as a design or concept that has never existed before, as part of Horangi’s ongoing marketing efforts. Have you never been satisfied working on a single project, favoring instead many varied projects to keep your interest? As Creative Designer at Horangi, you will need to operate as if you and your teammates are always approaching uncharted territory; You are the pathfinder! You will work closely with the marketing and sales team, and almost everyone else in Horangi across all of our regional offices. You will take direction from written and spoken ideas and convert them seamlessly into images, layouts, and other designs. Overall, you have an intimate understanding of how marketing campaigns work, especially in the cybersecurity sector.

Your Responsibilities:
Generate originality and a strong visual to produce designs for websites, print media, other marketing collaterals and more.
Video editing experience and motion graphic work will be advantageous.
Coordinate with other designers to ensure alignment of assets in accordance with the brand’s guidelines.
Work cross-functionally with marketing, creative content teams and product.

What We’re Looking For:
1-2 years’ experience in graphic design work or creative agency environment. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply but a portfolio is a must.)
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, Good to know After Effects, Premiere Pro.
Strong conceptualization, drawing and sketching skills.
Strong drive to investigate and willingness to learn as you go.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask.
Ability to manage time wisely across projects and competing priorities, meet agreed-upon deadlines, and be accountable for work.
