Our cheerful Content team is currently looking for a Technical Content Writer, who can turn complex ideas, principles, and functionalities into understandable content for different target audiences. If you are someone who can describe products and features to help readers achieve their goals, and are able to deliver technical information enabling a reader to easily perform a specific task, this one’s for you.
What you will do:
- Research and write optimized technical content;
- Deliver complex information in an easy to understand format;
- Transform developer knowledge and code comments into human-readable, illuminating content;
- Solve writing problems with a creative mindset;
- Use and contribute to an established style and tone of voice guide;
- Organize, modify, and update existing content;
- Analyze content for consistency, accuracy, adherence to style and brand standards;
- Ensure that page content meets standards for content display and functionality by validating all page elements such as links, videos, images, and page layouts, report any bugs or inconsistencies in the user experience;
- Cooperate with international teams to ensure top-quality content;
- Look for ways to improve our published content.
What we expect:
- Exceptional English writing skills (C1 level or native);
- Experience in technical writing;
- Familiarity with web development and IT;
- Basic code/programming languages, IT/computer knowledge, scripts, API’s;
- A strong sense of ownership in decision making and time management;
- A results-driven personality inspired to work independently;
- Communication skills (ability to ask, receive, and obtain information about a product or service);
- Planning and time management skills;
- Strong organizational skills.
