Your role at Hostinger
Hostinger’s Affiliate program is growing fast—and we’re looking for a Partnerships Operations Specialist to help us scale with precision. You’ll be the go-to person making sure our Affiliate and Influencer teams run like clockwork, giving both partners and account managers a smooth, top-tier experience. One hour you’re deep in investigating the issues our partner is facing, the next - you’re coordinating across teams to make sure nothing slips. It’s fast, dynamic, and impactful—and you’ll have real ownership from day one. Your day-to-day
- Troubleshoot tracking, reporting, and platform access issues to keep partner operations running smoothly.
- Assist partners with payment-related questions and ensure timely, clear communication.
- Provide partners with the assets and promotional materials they need to succeed.
- Generate billing invoices and coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate and on-time processing.
- Review partner applications and help identify high-quality partners that align with our program goals.
- Act as the first point of contact for escalations and day-to-day questions from partnerships managers, ensuring fast, reliable support.
Your skills and experience
- At least 1 year of experience in customer support, affiliate business, or sales—someone who knows how to communicate and drive value.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in any additional language is a big plus.
- Solid interest in digital marketing and a basic understanding of affiliate and influencer marketing—principles, performance metrics, and industry trends.
- Positive, proactive mindset and a professional approach to building and managing relationships.
- Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills—you know how to keep things moving.
- Sharp attention to detail and a natural drive for operational excellence.
- Curious, growth-oriented attitude with the ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment.
- Based in Lithuania.

Compensation
- Gross salary from 1400-2000 EUR/month (depending on your experience).
