We seek a skilled Engineering Manager passionate about developing innovative products and leading high-performing team. In this role, you will directly influence the technical landscape of our hPanel product, a crucial component of Hostinger's suite, connecting various services such as Hosting, Domains, Emails, and VPS. Your leadership will drive the development of robust, scalable solutions that ensure our clients' success online.

What You Will Do:
- Architect & Develop: Take responsibility for the architecture, design, development, deployment, and ongoing operation of the solutions created by you and your team.
- Project Planning: Participate in project planning, estimation, and roadmap discussions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Product Manager to ensure the timely delivery of initiatives and gather relevant inputs from other product teams and stakeholders.
- Stability & Reliability: Ensure the stability and reliability of the product.
- Technical Leadership: Lead the team in identifying and resolving technical challenges and roadblocks.
- Code Quality: Conduct code reviews and ensure efficient code engineering practices.
- Team Environment: Foster a collaborative environment that encourages teamwork and knowledge sharing.
- Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
What We Expect:
- Experience: At least 2 years of engineering management experience and 5 years as a developer.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with a focus on fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of system architecture, web technologies (Vue3, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTTP, APIs, CloudFlare), and code design.
- Project Management: Experience managing multiple team deliverables and improving the delivery process.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, proactive attitude, and a focus on results.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with PHP and Go lang.
- Experience with error logging practices and analytics tooling setup (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude).
