We’re looking for a Partnerships Team Lead, a smart, hungry, and humble individual who can empower a high-performing team to achieve financial KPIs through streamlined processes, knowledge sharing, strategic vision, and performance marketing expertise. Supported by a substantial budget and a wealth of company knowledge, you will also play a pivotal role in contributing to our growth by scaling new partnerships in emerging markets.

What You Will Do:

    • Lead, mentor, and provide continuous feedback for a team of brilliant and highly motivated professionals.
    • Identify, recruit, and engage potential partners: influencers and affiliates.
    • Build and systematically manage a pipeline of new potential partnerships.
    • Conduct negotiations both: internally and externally to materialize high-impact deals.
    • Nurture the existing relationships with partners to deepen the partnerships, enable growth, and increase sales.
    • Run and monitor partners' marketing campaigns.
    • Handle multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Measure, analyze, and optimize the performance.
    • Report and identify areas of new opportunities.
    • Leverage data to drive actionable decisions that inform and help the business grow.
    • Report on goals progress, forecasts, results, and challenges.

What We Expect:

    • Strong leadership skills with proven experience in managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proven experience working with digital performance marketing.
    • Proven experience in partnership management (influencer, affiliate marketing).
    • Experience working with India and Asian markets.
    • Sharp sales, and analytical skills, including proficiency in using web and data analytic tools.
    • High attentiveness to details combined with proactiveness.
    • Perfect spoken and written communication in English language.
    • Experience working with international tech/digital products would be considered an advantage.
