I am Arnoldas, Head of Data at Hostinger, and we're on a mission to unlock the future where decision-making is effortless, data-driven, and limitless in possibilities. Our Data Team, comprising nearly 20 top-class professionals across various data sub-teams (and continuously expanding!), embodies agility, curiosity, and a passion for challenging the status quo. About the Role
I am looking for a Data Analyst with sharp business acumen who is passionate about leveraging data to drive strategic decisions and solve complex business challenges. You will work on a wide range of questions and deep dive into data from various areas of our business, all while facing high expectations for quality and speed of delivery.

What You Will Do:
- Partner with stakeholders to solve business problems and unlock new opportunities through ad-hoc analysis.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports, providing visualizations and actionable insights for colleagues in various teams (marketing, product, finance, customer success, people).
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their data requirements and support their analysis needs.
- Utilize your expertise in SQL to write ad hoc queries, generating visualizations, answering complex questions.
- Challenge & enhance analytical methods currently used to raise the bar for quality and speed of data driven decisions & improve data literacy in organization.
- Work closely with colleagues from other data teams (Data engineers, analytics engineers) to effectively manage data analysis and projects.
What We Expect:
- Strong business acumen, ability to convert complex data into insights and actions.
- Hands-on experience working with SQL.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (we use Tableau).
- Cutting-edge analytical thinking.
- Results-oriented mindset, communication and collaboration skills.
- At least 2-3 years of work experience in a data analyst/business analyst/finance analyst or similar position.
- Experience in Data Science field will be considered as an advantage.
