We are seeking a dynamic Engineering Manager to work on a challenging and impactful product, leading a team of developers and playing a pivotal role in making technical decisions for a product tailored for the top professionals in the industry.

What You Will Do:
- Take ownership of the end-to-end process, from architecture and design to development, deployment, and continuous operation of solutions crafted by your team of developers.
- Actively participate in project planning, estimation, and roadmap discussions, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with the Product Manager to facilitate the timely delivery of initiatives, emphasizing a balance between innovation and efficiency.
- Assume responsibility for the stability and reliability of the product, implementing measures to enhance performance and user experience.
- Engage in the collection of relevant inputs from other product teams and stakeholders, fostering a holistic approach to solution development.
- Lead the team in identifying and overcoming technical challenges and roadblocks, promoting a culture of resilience and continuous improvement.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring adherence to efficient code engineering practices and maintaining a high standard of code quality.
- Cultivate a collaborative environment that encourages teamwork and knowledge sharing, leveraging the diverse skills within the team.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and constructive feedback sessions, nurturing professional growth and excellence within the team.
What We Expect:
- In-depth knowledge of PHP frameworks (Laravel is a plus) and best practices.
- Leadership experience, either as a team lead or manager.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Passion for staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Team-spirited, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
