We're seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Legal Administrator to manage documents and ensure compliance with legal procedures accurately. You will provide essential administrative support, handle legal paperwork, and ensure smooth operations within the legal department. Responsibilities include managing and maintaining corporate information, supporting employment law-related administrative tasks, managing the accessibility of contracts, and assisting in various legal projects.

What will you do:

    • Provide administrative and operational support to streamline daily tasks, including document signings, handling corporate paperwork, and assisting with notary,  KYC and audit procedures.
    • Manage and maintain up-to-date information on corporate entities, ensuring systems are in place for effective information and document management.
    • Act as the primary contact for internal policy and procedure queries. 
    • Organize labor council elections.  
    • Coordinating health and safety issues. 
    • Handle migration and foreign employment documentation, tracking application statuses and liaising with relevant departments.
    • Assist with ESOP administration.
    • Oversee the contract lifecycle, ensuring legal documents are organized, accessible, and current.
    • Manage and update internal databases and legal procedures to keep operations smooth.
    • Assist with drafting correspondence and filling in templates for the legal team.
    • Contribute to various legal projects by collecting and organizing information, tracking important deadlines, and conducting research as needed.

What we expect:

    • 2–3 years of experience in a relevant field.
    • Bachelor's degree or last-year student.
    • Demonstrated high level of discretion.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Excellent organizational, multitasking, problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
    • Critical thinking ability.
    • Strong sense of ownership and commitment.
    • Team player with a proactive mindset, adaptable, and willing to learn.
    • Motivated to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Preferably experienced in contract management systems and/or data management.
    • Expertise in handling day-to-day employment and migration inquiries is highly valued.
    • Excellent spoken and written English skills.
