We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Compliance and Abuse Team Manager. You will manage Abuse, Account Recovery & Compliance Specialists, and will be responsible for adhering to relevant regulations and policies. You will manage abuse reports and strive to establish clear processes to enhance the flow efficiency. This role requires leadership, analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to maintain a culture of compliance and integrity.

What you will do:

    • Foster a supportive, and motivating environment, and ensure your team maintains good performance.
    • Manage abuse reports aiming to implement processes of prevention.
    • Establish clear processes to enhance the flow efficiency.
    • Monitor internal policies, procedures, and operations to ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
    • Collaborate with Legal & Customer Success, and other teams to address compliance issues effectively.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices for automating the processes.

What we expect:

    • At least 1 year of work experience in Compliance, Abuse, Fraud, Risk management, or Legal area in a comparable position (a must).
    • Previous experience in managing a team (a must).
    • Native written, and spoken proficiency in Lithuanian, and based in Lithuania (a must).
    • C1 written, and spoken proficiency in English (a must).
    • Knowledge of resolving more complex situations and de-escalation.
    • Detail-oriented and positive personality with an innovative approach to problem-solving.
    • Excellent ability to work with no supervision while remaining a team player.
    • Familiarity with data analysis.
    • Ability to inspire progress and ensure the team’s engagement.
    • A degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or Economics (would be an advantage).
