We're on the lookout for a dynamic Python Tech Lead to lead the technical strategy definition and implementation of projects like AI Chatbot, process automations, and many more internal tools. What You Will Do:
- Lead the technical strategy and implementation of our projects. Deliver reliability and efficiency for our AI Chatbot, process automation, and internal tools.
- Mentor team members to grow technically into senior roles, fostering a culture of learning and excellence. Ensure high-quality coding standards and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with top-tier engineers from other teams, taking on the most challenging AI-related projects.
- Enjoy complete creative freedom to make decisions and implement them from scratch with the support of your team.
What We Expect:
- Proficiency in Python and its frameworks (bonus points for FastAPI). Experience in AI, LLMs, and process automation.
- Strong knowledge of operating and developing large-scale services. This includes the application of scalability and observability best practices, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD.
- Ability to build, lead, and implement technical project strategy and architecture.
- Mentorship and the ability to foster team growth and promote high-quality code.
- High curiosity to stay up to date with the state of the art of the fast-moving AI field.
