Your role at Hostinger
- Accounts Payable (AP) Manager in the Finance team. As part of Hostinger's AP team, you'll be responsible for leading and developing a team of up to six AP specialists to keep our financial operations running seamlessly across multiple countries. You’ll make sure expenses are tracked, invoices flow smoothly, payments are executed on time, and reconciliations are accurate. While the AP team’s main focus is accounts payable, its remit also includes payment execution and other bank operations, with some interaction with the Treasury function. You will champion automation to eliminate manual work, design smarter workflows, and build scalable processes. With your keen eye for detail and problem-solving mindset, you’ll spot issues before they grow and keep everything moving flawlessly. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the other finance teams, partner across departments to optimize expense flows, and bring your expertise into strategic finance projects.

Your day-to-day
- Ensure the AP team’s daily operations are high-quality and completed in a timely manner.
- Perform high-level reviews to ensure the highest standards of accuracy in company expenditures
- Drive continuous improvement by optimizing AP processes and collaborating across finance teams.
- Lead automation initiatives to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
- Lead and mentor the team by setting priorities and supporting their growth.
- Act as a supportive coach, providing guidance and knowledge in unfamiliar areas.
- Take ownership of complex or unique cases to deliver results efficiently.
- Partner in audit activities and ensure compliance with IFRS standards.
- Expand both your own and the team’s expertise beyond AP while analyzing trends to see the bigger picture.
- Collaborate with Finance managers on ad-hoc projects and process enhancement initiatives.
Your skills and experience
- Higher education in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Accounting or Finance roles, with a solid understanding of accounts payable processes and accounting principles.
- At least 1 year of experience in leading people.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Quick learner, adaptable to new tools and automated systems.
- Proactive team player with a strong sense of ownership, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
- Motivated to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and spoken Lithuanian and English skills.

Compensation
- Gross salary from 3500 - 4000 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing salary based on your skills and competencies.
