Your key responsibilities

    • Build the best in class attribution framework and narrative for advertisers to make a winning proposition.
    • Create partnerships for data sharing for better sales narratives
    • Bring best in class measurement tools. Be the first in India.
    • Working with research partners and industry bodies to develop robust measurement methodologies and contractual frameworks
    • To leverage the most unique and powerful data tools to measure true business value
    • Build the Sales Strategy and Sales narrative
    • Work closely and collaborate with the Sales team and work towards winning clients
    • Tie up with agencies and create a framework for solution-based selling
    • Work closely with the Sales Strategy and Ad tech team to implement the researches 
    • Develop a deep understanding of Hotstar’s advertising measurement strategy
    • Be the voice to influence Hotstar’s agency & advertisers’ strategy

What to bring

    • Qualification: Masters in Econometric/ CS/ Statistics/ Mathematics or MBA with strong quantitative experience/ B.E/ B. tech
    • Preferably: knowledge of Big Data/ Python and statistical software
    • Experience of handling messy data sets
    • Strong grasp of Statistics
    • Communicator of data in the business language 
    • Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to communicate technical content to general audience
    • Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with executive level agency or advertiser c-level personnel
    • Demonstrated leadership skills at an industry level
