7. Ad Tech – Client Success & Media Operations
Your Key Responsibilities-
Build & Manage the media plan, trafficking, set-up and QA of our digital campaigns for large
Track, measure, analyze and report the performance of multiple advertising campaigns,
including creating detailed performance reports and proposing optimization strategies
Become the client interface for technical issues related to ad formats, usage of rich media &
ad-technology partners/vendors. Interface with client and/or client agency to provide updates
on missing assets for campaigns, campaign pacing, performance and optimization
Organize interdepartmental workflow to ensure all elements are handled according to process
Continuously focused on ensuring revenue is retained, as well as partnering with frontline
sales representatives and clients to increase renewal rates and advertising spend on Hotstar
Proactively seek out ways to solve for some of our inefficiencies. For example, identify areas
in our workflow where an inordinate amount of time is spent on manual, non-value add work
and propose potential resolutions.
Identify ways to unlock & exhibit value further downstream value for advertisers by creating
strong campaign propositions across campaign planning, set-up, and optimization
Continually push for adoption of new ad formats, and right utilisation of 3rd party partner
technologies for better targeting, attribution and measurement
What to Bring
- Qualification: Preferably B. Tech from Tier I Institute with 5-8 years of experience.
- 2+ years of experience in managing revenue critical operations environment
- Experience in managing ad operations/ market-place (demand / supply side) delivery.
