Your key responsibilities

    • The Leader, and the driving force, behind making Hotstar the largest online video streaming service in India
    • Own all key metrics on Video Viewership and Watch Time growth on Hotstar, across Sports, Entertainment and News Categories
    • Create and deploy strategic levers to drive all User Acquisition and Engagement programs across Hotstar Platform, CRM and Digital Mktg
    • Architect ML/Deep Learning models to drive User Engagement and run Consumer Life Cycle Management on Hotstar Platform
    • Building data models and ML frameworks that power product automation to drive user engagement programs focused on upselling, cross-selling, frequency-building and re-engagement
    • Work with Star Network Leadership to develop deep insights on Content Marketing & grow Hotstar SOV in Entertainment consumption
    • Lead and manage all digital campaigns, from ideation to media planning to optimization and performance analysis
    • Drive digital marketing effectiveness through continuous communication testing (a/b), innovation using different marketing platforms, and new products/formats
    • Extract increasing efficiencies and continuously improving outcomes from partners such as Google/FB/Appsflyer/Clevertap
    • Lead MarTech charter cross-functionally with Product and Tech teams to build cutting-edge solutions for advanced customer targeting 

What to bring

    • MBA with 12+ years of experience
    • Demonstrated success in leadership roles in consumer tech, with a background in strategy consulting
    • Experience in building and leading a team in a fast-paced and continuously evolving environment
    • Advanced ability to mine data and build actionable and rich business insights
    • Experience building data models and product automation to drive user engagement programs
    • Expertise in giving structure to ambiguous business problems and creating problem-solving frameworks
    • Experience developing digital GTMs leveraging complex user segmentation and data models
    • Thorough understanding and hands-on experience of Bid Optimisers, RTB, DMPs, Clickstream Analytics tools, App Attribution Platforms, Digital CRM Engines, Notification engines, etc
